Concerns backup

Hello,

I'm SME 8.2 and in recent days, the daily backup on a CIFS nas no longer working and returns me the following error by mail: *** No backup allowed or error during backup *** Error while running dar: 2 .

Nas was rebooted in case. In his log, have seen many a CIFS server connection for about 10 minutes and then closing the connection.
I deleted all existing backups and a new revived this morning, with the same result.
Does anyone have a solution or had the same problem?

PS: There is space available on the Nas and credentials connections have not changed.

did you try to connect to the nas/cifs share with the same credentials from another pc?

does it work?

Hello,
I mounted a second machine to test the backup to the same share, and it works. The worries do not just rights to the share.

In fact the concern comes from a version conflict on lidbar, below the email sent after backup error:
" We have linked with an incompatible version of libdar. Expecting version 5.6.x but having linked with version 5.4.0
Error while running dar: 2 at /etc/e-smith/events/actions/workstation-backup-dar line 505.
Backup terminated: backup failed - status: 7424"

By cons, on this I uninspired to correct.

well, you did not tell us all the whole story then :-)
please, post here the message you got from the server, thank you..

All the times I found a problem with backup, I renamed the remote dir and started again, and kept the old backup set till I have at least a good backup (it's a workaround)
